Terms of service

1. About these terms

These terms are a contract between you and [GoFamely operator: set LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME] ("we"), operator of GoFamely. By placing an order, creating an account or joining the affiliate program you accept them.

2. Who can use the store

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for anything done with your account; keep your password private.

3. The service

We sell social media promotion packages (for example followers, likes, views, comments) and website traffic, delivered to the public link you give us. Service names describe the kind of engagement, not a guaranteed outcome. Start times, speeds and quality tiers shown on each package are estimates based on normal conditions.

4. Your link and your account

• You must own the account or content you order for, or have the owner's permission.
• The profile or post must stay public during delivery. Orders for private, deleted or changed links can't be delivered and aren't refunded.
• Our checkout checks that each link is on the right platform and is the right kind of page, but you are responsible for entering the correct one.

5. Platforms' own rules

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, X, Spotify or any other platform. Each platform has its own terms; using promotion services may break them, and platforms may remove engagement they consider inauthentic or limit accounts. You accept that risk. We never ask for your password and never log in to your account.

6. Prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and include any discount shown at checkout. Crypto payments receive the discount shown (currently 15%).
• Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are processed by Stripe; PayPal payments by PayPal.
• Crypto: send the exact amount shown (including every decimal: they identify your order) to the address shown, in the coin and on the network shown, within the time the price is locked. You pay your own network (gas) fee. Payments up to $1 short are accepted; larger shortfalls wait until topped up; payments on the wrong network or in the wrong coin may be lost and can't always be recovered.
• Every order is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

7. Delivery, refills and refunds

Delivery starts automatically after the payment is confirmed. Packages with a refill period are topped up on request if counts drop during that period. Refunds are described in our refund policy.

8. Free trials and promo codes

Free trials are limited to one per person, service and link per day and need a verified account. Promo codes can't be exchanged for cash. Abuse (multiple accounts, automated sign-ups) voids trials, codes and referral earnings.

9. What you may not do

• Order for content that is illegal, hateful, sexual content involving minors, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Use the store for fraud, chargeback abuse or with a payment method that isn't yours.
• Attack, probe, overload or scrape the site, or try to get around its limits.

10. Affiliate program

Partners are bound by the affiliate terms.

11. Liability

The service is provided as described and otherwise "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or account restrictions imposed by a platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Suspension

We may refuse or cancel orders and suspend accounts that break these terms. Unfulfilled paid orders are then refunded, unless the payment was fraudulent.

13. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version on the day of your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of [country]; consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their own country.
