Questions and answers
Who counts as my referral?
Anyone who opens your link and then creates an account is linked to you permanently. The link is fixed at sign-up and can't be changed later, and people who already had an account don't become referrals. Guests who order without an account are credited to you if they visited through your link within the last 30 days.
What do I earn commission on?
On every paid order from your referrals, including crypto, card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal orders. Your rate applies to our gross profit on the order (what the customer paid minus what we pay our provider). Free trials don't earn commission.
When is the money credited?
As soon as the order is paid and handed to our provider. Until then it shows as "in progress" in your dashboard. Refunded orders don't earn commission.
How do I get paid?
Your balance is paid out in ETH to the payout address in your account. The transfer is on-chain, so you can check it on a block explorer.
How does my rate grow?
See the tier table above. Each tier needs both a minimum total earned and a minimum number of active referrals. Your rate is recalculated with every order, and each order is credited at the rate you had when it came in.
Can I refer myself?
No. Orders placed with the same email as your affiliate account never earn commission, and accounts created to game the program are removed.
